Our Graceful Walnut Conference is designed to facilitate good conversation. This table is a squoval shape which means that the two long sides are curved, allowing people to see each other.

Our squoval shape table is a unique design that particularly well suited to larger tables - ones with more than 2 people on each side. Because the sides of this table curve everyone can see each other around the table and we all know how important eye contact is for good dialogue. This makes it a really appropriate design for conference rooms, meeting rooms, and boardrooms. This table is just over 1" thick and typically has a Seymour edge.

When it comes to large pieces like conference tables or office furniture, we can get it to your building safe and sound, but there are a few more things to consider. If you are planning for a long conference table, keep in mind the travel from your front door to the conference room. A good amount of clearance needs to be available in hallways, stairwells, freight elevators, and tight corners in order to have the table delivered in a single piece. If this is a concern, we can build your table in 2 halves, to be joined by steel plates during assembly.

We offer 2 options for shipping: white glove delivery or curbside with a freight carrier. Because office furniture is often large, heavy, and a little awkward to carry, we highly recommend white glove service. This is an option for most metro areas in the US (if you’re wondering if this is available in your area, please reach out). Your furniture will be disassembled, packed, and shipped to our white glove delivery partner in North Carolina. Once the shipment has transferred to your local depot, you will be able to book your delivery. A team of 2 delivery people will bring the shipment to your office, bring it in, assemble it, and remove all the packaging. Timelines for white glove delivery typically range from 14-28 days depending on the delivery location. Message us for more specific information for your location.

As an alternative, curbside delivery is available if you / your team members feel comfortable bringing in and assembling the furniture. We will securely pack it up in several layers of packaging, finishing it off with cardboard, then arrange for pick up and send you the tracking information. Once your furniture has arrived in your local depot, the carrier will reach out to arrange for delivery. In this case, delivery means that your table will be delivered outside of your office.. From here you can bring the pieces inside and proceed with assembly. Assembly is generally pretty simple and we will supply all hardware and assembly instructions. Most tables can be carried in and assembled by 2 people; larger tables or furniture may require some additional hands. These shipments are typically delivered within 7-14 days of when we ship.

Whichever delivery option you choose, you will receive furniture built specifically for you. We will build, finish and pack your order which typically takes 4-6 weeks.
