Over the years we’ve worked with lots of people to design and build the table that’s best for them. Some people reach out to us knowing exactly what they are looking for, or at least something that’s pretty close. They really just need us to build it for them.
Other people are earlier in the process and are still figuring out what would work best for them. And while we provide a number of resources like blogs, videos, and options to help them work through details on their own, we’re happy to come alongside in the design process as well.
If you’re one of those people who isn’t sure what your ‘right table’ is, our Table Design Program is for you. Here’s what it will look like.
Once you enroll, we’ll reach out to help you choose some colors. The wood selection factors into this because the wood itself affects how the finishes look. So Oak with a Coconut finish looks different from Maple with a Coconut finish. Online you can see the 5 wood types we typically use and the colors we show on each of them. What you can’t see are the other 100+ colors that we can produce for you - our ‘secret menu’ if you will. Together we can figure out the ones that would be good to look at in your space.
We will then send your selected samples to you as part of your Table Design Kit. This kit also includes a tape measure, a pencil, and a design worksheet where you can collect information about your space - the dimensions, how people move through the space, etc. - as well as some photos of your space so we can better understand what you’re looking for. You’ll then share those images and your worksheet with our design team and supply them with other information you think is relevant. We will take a couple of days to review all of this and come up with a couple of recommendations for your best table.
We’ll share those ideas with you and together we’ll arrive at a final design. Along the way we can exchange emails, chat on phone or video calls, send you 3D drawings and provide quotes. Once you are happy with the design we’ll put your table into production. It typically takes 6-8 weeks to build and finish your table. After that we’ll figure out the best way to get your table to you.
And then it’s up to you. You get to put the table to use. If you’re ready to get started, here’s the link to our Table Design Program. (insert link) We look forward to working with you.
