How Does Delivery Work?

Getting your table safely to you is part of our commitment

Most tables take about 4-6 weeks to build.

Included in that 4-6 weeks is the current queue of orders, all of which need to be built, finished, and cured. Some tables will take longer, such as bookmatch tables and ones with custom steel legs. However, if you’ve got a deadline, reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do! Your options include expediting, simplifying the design, or choosing from our stock pieces. When it comes to stock tables, we’ll still take a bit of time to refinish them so that it’s freshened up for you, but the process is a lot quicker than building an entirely new table. Once your table is complete, then we arrange for shipping.

We can ship with a common carrier.

This is a great option for anyone who is looking to get their table quickly once it’s ready to go. We’ll package up your table - unassembled - with a lot of protection to keep it safe as it travels across the country. Transit time typically ranges between 1-2 weeks after leaving our shop. The carrier will call you to schedule an appointment once your order is at a local warehouse. They won’t try to deliver when you’re not home, so your table doesn’t sit outside for too long. When it comes time for your delivery appointment, the driver team will deliver your boxes curb-side so you can bring them into your home. For bigger tables, we’d recommend having an extra friend or two at home to help you bring it inside. Then at your leisure, you can unbox and assemble it in your home!

We can ship with our White Glove partners.

If you’re based in the United States, we also provide White Glove delivery to most locations. This shipping method can take some time depending on your location, but is a great choice for anyone who doesn’t want to worry about assembly or carrying the table in. Once your table is ready to go, the transit from our shop to your door can range from 1-6 weeks. Once your order is at the local hub, our delivery partners will reach out to schedule your appointment. The day before, the warehouse team will check on every piece to make sure it’s all in good shape, then load it on a truck to you. All you need to do is choose where your table will live and clear a path to it. Once the delivery team gets to your door, they’ll handle the rest, even removing the packaging! We can deliver ourselves.

We’re based in beautiful Southern Ontario. Select areas of Ontario and the United States are close enough that sometimes, we can deliver your brand new table ourselves. We love meeting people and setting up tables in their new homes. If you happen to be in an area that we service, we’ll schedule you onto our next trip and discuss the timeline. From the date of your order, you can expect to have your table delivered within the following 2 months. Once our driver gets to your door, they might need a hand bringing it in and assembling it. We’ll usually let you know this in advance so everybody’s on the same page. If you’ve got questions about the table or anything else, let them know! We’re happy to chat.
